What is the difference between an aparthotel and a regular hotel?
An aparthotel combines the services of a hotel (such as reception, housekeeping, and breakfast) with the comfort of an apartment or studio, equipped with a kitchenette or small kitchen for self-heating. The check-in process is often automated. This is also the case at Aparthotel Acacia. After checking in online, you will receive a code to access the hotel and your room.

How do we check in?
Aparthotel Acacia is a self-service check-in hotel. You will receive instructions and an access code to enter once you have completed self-check-in. This will be sent to you by text message or email the day before your arrival.
Is there a reception?
There's no reception at Aparthotel Acacia. However, if you require personal assistance, you can always visit the reception desk at Boutique Hotel Shamon, located right next door. Reception is open from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
What are the check-in hours? Can I arrive earlier or later?
Check-in is from 4pm.
Early check-in is available for a surcharge (from 2 p.m. at the earliest). This is only possible with advance reservation and is subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11am.
For an additional fee, you can stay in your room longer (until 1 p.m. at the latest).
This is only possible if you book in advance and based on availability.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is breakfast possible?
Absolutely! Breakfast is also served at Hotel Shamon, right next door. (Weekdays from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM and weekends/holidays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM)
Would you still like to book breakfast? Be sure to do so in advance and/or before 10 p.m. to secure your table.
Is there a kitchen in the room?
Yes, each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette (with a microwave, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, a small fridge, and a single-burner stovetop). The superior apartments have a larger kitchen with a two-burner stovetop, a refrigerator, cookware and crockery, a dishwasher, and a microwave/grill. Perfect for preparing your own meals.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are always provided and changed regularly.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
We do not have a restaurant in the hotel, as there are about ten restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We have a list ready in your room, or can easily email this in advance.
Arriving late or not wanting to leave the hotel? Then you can visit our shop with a selection of delicious chilled drinks and a selection of high-quality ready-made meals from Gourmet , which you can easily heat up and eat on the spot.
Do you have an electric charging station?
Yes, it's located in front of the building at Hotel Shamon on the grassy area. It's the simple black post, between the hedge.
Is there a parking?
Yes, you can park for free in our parking lot in front of the building. If you have a larger truck or van, you can also park safely and for free next to the road in front of the hotel.
Can we store our bicycles safely?
We have a secure bicycle storage area at the back of the hotel where we can safely store your bikes. Bikes can also be charged there. May we ask that you don't wear cycling shoes when entering the building and that you only charge bike batteries in the storage area and not in your room?
